Position: MIG Welder – 16 Gauge Sheet Metal
Location: [RIVERSIDE, CA]
Schedule: [MONDAY- FRIDAY/ 6AM-2:30PM WITH OVERTIME]
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience welding 16-gauge sheet metal, with the ability to produce clean, precise, and consistent welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on 16-gauge sheet metal.
Produce clean, accurate welds while minimizing burn-through and distortion.
Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and welding specifications.
Set up and adjust welding equipment based on material thickness.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
Use grinders and other fabrication tools as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Meet daily production and quality expectations.
Job Requirements
Previous MIG welding experience required.
Experience welding thin-gauge metal (16 gauge) is highly preferred.
Ability to perform consistent welds on thin sheet metal.
Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to complete a hands-on welding test.
