Position: Distribution Associate
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily distribution and delivery operations.
Support delivery teams while working on delivery trucks and at various market locations.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Work efficiently with team members to complete daily assignments.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, starting at 4:30 AM.
Must wear safety-toe shoes while working.
Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
