The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of large law firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions, including reserve-based lending (RBL) financings. Candidates should be capable of handling sophisticated transaction structuring, drafting, and deal management responsibilities while maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
This opportunity offers significant client interaction, substantial responsibility, and the chance to work on complex financing transactions within a collaborative Financial Markets practice.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.
Large law firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions.
Experience with reserve-based lending (RBL) financings.
Ability to manage transaction structuring, drafting, and deal execution responsibilities.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and interact directly with clients.
