ROLE DESCRIPTION:Ana Rivas State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Life & Health Insurance Specialist to join our growing team!
Our agency has a
large, established Property & Casualty (P&C) book of business and high customer traffic, providing excellent opportunities to grow your Life & Health insurance production.
You won't have to build your customer base from scratch! You'll have access to existing agency customers to conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, offer Life & Health protection, and expand our current Life Insurance portfolio.
You'll also have opportunities to help customers with
Auto, Home, Renters, and other P&C insurance needs, allowing you to build stronger relationships and increase your earning potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conduct Life & Health insurance reviews with existing and new customers.
- Identify opportunities for Life, Hospital Indemnity, and Disability coverage.
- Grow and expand the agency's existing Life Insurance portfolio.
- Follow up with leads generated from our established P&C customer base.
- Identify additional Auto, Home, and Renters insurance opportunities.
- Build lasting customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Life & Health Insurance license preferred.
- P&C license a plus.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
