Responsibilities:- Greet customers and conduct vehicle write-ups, documenting concerns and service history
- Communicate repair recommendations and estimates clearly to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to manage workflow and repair timelines
- Follow up with customers on vehicle status, approvals, and completed repairs
- Upsell and recommend additional services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
- Process repair orders, invoices, and payments accurately

Requirements:- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in automotive customer service preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
