Sidney Peak Ranch is looking for one full-time AND one part-time dependable, hardworking, horse-loving barn/ranch hands to join our team!

Qualities that would make us giddy:

• Has solid horse-handling and equine care experience
• Takes pride in a clean, organized barn
• Is reliable, responsible, and pays attention to the little things
• Enjoys working outdoorseven when Colorado has other plans
• Doesn't mind hard work, early mornings, or the occasional stubborn wheelbarrow
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Has a good attitude and a genuine love for horses

The job includes, but is not limited to:

• Feeding hay, grain, supplements, and medications
• Turning horses in and out
• Stall and paddock cleaning
• Watering and general horse care
• Blanketing and seasonal care
• Barn and facility upkeep
• Monitoring horses and communicating any concerns
• Helping keep our beautiful facility safe, clean, and welcoming

Equestrian experience is a huge bonus! We’re looking for someone who understands that great horse care is about consistency, attention to detail, patienceand occasionally having a conversation with a horse who has very strong opinions about what treats they need added to their diets.

FYI: We are sorry, but there is no housing option available at this time. There are additional benefits for full-time employees that I am happy to discuss. Please read the ad carefully, as this is not a management role.
