An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support inpatient hospital pharmacy operations. This role focuses on safely dispensing medications, ensuring accurate patient profiles, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications for inpatient care
• Review and verify prescriptions, checking for drug interactions and allergies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication therapy
• Maintain patient medication records and documentation according to hospital protocols
• Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare staff as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license
• Experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of drug therapy management, hospital formulary, and inpatient medication systems
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
