Warehouse Associate
Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Schedule: 1 week project

1st Shift (5:30 AM - 1:30 PM)

2nd Shift (1:30 PM - 9:30 PM)

3rd Shift (9:30 PM - 5:30 AM)

Pay Rate: $20

Position Overview

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves a combination of production support, material handling, and general warehouse duties. Candidates must be comfortable working with industrial materials, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting team-driven production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Purge and prepare tubes of caulk and related materials for production use

• Clean and maintain tanks used for caulking and production processes

• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards (5S)

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including verifying materials and preparing outgoing shipments

• Wrap pallets and prepare finished goods for transport

• Support production team members to ensure timely completion of orders

• Monitor product quality and report any defects or inconsistencies

• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions

• Maintain accurate records using basic tracking systems as required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience monitoring quality of raw materials and/or finished goods

• At least six (6) months of experience with basic math, reading comprehension, and computer usage (including warehouse or shop floor tracking systems)

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools, equipment, and production materials

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required in a warehouse setting

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial materials

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production and warehouse setting

• Exposure to industrial materials such as caulking compounds

• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

• Must be able to work a 12-hour overnight shift consistently
