- $15.00/hour during 2-week training
- $16.50 starting hourly rate after successfully completing 2-week training
- After 1st month in the job, your hourly rate will be adjusted anywhere between $17.00 and $18.50, depending on your performance, reliability, and demonstrated skills
All compensation is hourly. Pay increases are based on individual performance evaluations.
