We are seeking a Restaurant Line Cook to support moderate-volume service across multiple kitchen stations. Reporting to the kitchen manager and shift supervisor during service, this role prepares and executes menu items while maintaining recipe standards, food safety, sanitation, and effective teamwork. The position offers opportunities for cross-training across stations and advancement to lead line cook.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and set up multiple kitchen stations for service
- Execute orders efficiently across assigned stations
- Grill, fry, and saut menu items according to recipe specifications
- Plate dishes accurately and maintain portion standards
- Follow recipes and company food-preparation standards
- Monitor food temperatures and adhere to food-safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen team during service
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of line-cooking experience
