Senior OSP Project Manager Fiber Construction

Location: Arizona

We are looking for an experienced Senior OSP Project Manager to oversee large-scale fiber construction projects supporting hyperscale and data center environments. This is a high-level position responsible for managing projects from design and permitting through construction, fiber installation, testing, turn-up, and final closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale OSP fiber construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee underground and aerial fiber construction
• Coordinate permitting, right-of-way (ROW), and construction activities
• Manage multiple contractors, vendors, and project workstreams
• Track project schedules, budgets, CAPEX, milestones, and deliverables
• Review OSP designs, GIS/KMZ files, construction drawings, and as-builts
• Coordinate fiber placement, splicing, testing, and turn-up
• Identify potential construction or scheduling issues and work with teams to resolve them
• Provide project updates to customers, contractors, and leadership
• Manage multiple projects while working within aggressive delivery schedules

Qualifications

• 8+ years of OSP fiber construction and/or project management experience
• Strong background managing large-scale fiber infrastructure projects
• Experience supporting hyperscalers, data centers, or large carrier networks preferred
• Knowledge of underground and aerial OSP construction
• Experience with permitting and ROW processes
• Understanding of fiber splicing, testing, and network turn-up
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, and CAPEX
• Ability to read OSP designs, GIS/KMZ maps, construction drawings, and as-builts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an outside construction environment

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
