Production Machine Operator

We are currently hiring Spray Coat Associates to join a growing production team.

Schedule

• Rotating Schedule
• Days: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (up to 7:00 PM with overtime)
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM (up to 7:00 AM with overtime)

Pay Rate

• $16.14 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Work on the spray coat production line processing plywood products
• Ensure plywood boards are properly aligned side-by-side on a moving conveyor system
• Verify there are no gaps, overlaps, or misaligned boards before the final spray coating process
• Maintain quality standards by paying close attention to detail throughout the production process
• Keep pace with a continuously moving production line
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
