About the Position
SelecSource Staffing Services is seeking a motivated, high-energy, and results-drivenStaffing Coordinator to join our Savannah team! In this fast-paced role, you will play a key part in connecting qualified candidates with employment opportunities while ensuring our clients receive exceptional staffing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical positions.
- Manage onboarding, including new hire paperwork, E-Verify, and employee orientations.
- Respond to client job orders quickly while maintaining high-quality placement standards.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and prospective candidates.
- Coordinate daily staffing needs, call-offs, replacements, and shift coverage.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three or more years of staffing, recruiting, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing staffing needs.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
