As an Entry Level Sales Representative at SmartRoof, you get paid from day one while we train you to become a six-figure roofing sales rep. No experience needed, and real opportunities for advancement. We hire people who are competitive and coachable, and your earnings grow as you do.

• Year 1: $70,000 – $100,000+
• Year 2: $100,000 – $200,000+
• Base pay + monthly performance bonuses + uncapped commission
• Company trips, sales contests, and performance incentives

You'll help homeowners whose roofs were damaged by wind and hail. You'll inspect the roof, document the damage, and walk them through the insurance process. Many homeowners pay as little as 5% of a full roof replacement. You're showing up with a solution that they need.

A typical week:

• Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs and document storm damage
• Guide customers through their insurance claim from start to finish
• Get weekly coaching from experienced reps and managers

Entry-level rep six-figure earner sales leadership. The path is clear, and our leaders are promoted from the field.

• Competitive and coachable, and you want to be measured by results
• Dependable: you show up, follow through, and own your numbers
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons (we'll teach you how to do it safely)
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus not required
