  Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in training or instructional roles is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using training tools and technology, including e-learning platforms.

• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
