Overview
Seeking a Financial Analyst III to join a client's team that we support. This is a newly added position focused on FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. Looking for someone who can independently take a business request, build out the analysis, and clearly communicate the story behind the numbers to leadership.

Day to Day
The role will focus on three main areas:

• Month-End Reporting: Gather and analyze financial data, perform variance analysis, track KPIs like same-store sales and free cash flow, and prepare reporting for executives, ownership groups, and banking partners
• Planning & Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while building financial models and partnering with business leaders on performance and future opportunities
• Ad Hoc/Strategic Analysis: Take broad business requests and independently build analyses from the ground up, including scenario analysis, ROI, NPV, IRR, cost-benefit analysis, and other strategic projects

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or accounting experience
• Advanced Excel + strong financial modeling experience
• Oracle EPM and Smart View, or similar financial planning/reporting systems
• Strong accounting fundamentals and financial statement knowledge
• Month-end reporting and variance analysis experience
