Med Surg/Telemetry RN – Travel Contract

Pay Packages

36 Hours/Week

• Weekly Gross: $2,400
• Taxable Rate: $31.50/hr (W2)
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,266/week

48 Hours/Week

• Weekly Gross: $3,190
• Taxable Rate: $37.00/hr (W2)
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,266/week

Job Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
Experience with Heparin required
Active IA RN License or Compact RN License
Active BLS Certification
Active NIHSS Certification
First-time travelers welcome
Must be willing to float within the same nursing discipline

Unit Details

• Patient Ratio: 6:1
• EMR: EPIC
• Patient Population: Med Surg, Neuro, Orthopedic
• Navy Blue Scrubs
• Floating to other Med-Surg units required

Important Notes

• Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Holiday requirement: Work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day).
