We pay most of the commission upfront before install. 50%+ of commissions paid upfront.

What You’ll Do:

  • Talk with homeowners about solar and roofing from Yellow Ball Roofing and Solar.
  • Generate leads through our neighborhood program and other proven channels.
  • Present solar and roofing proposals that show the savings.
  • Close deals with backup from our install and support team.
  • Build relationships that turn into referrals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Driven people who want to win in sales (no solar experience required we train you).
  • Strong communication with Montana homeowners.
  • Self-motivated, hungry to beat the number.
  • Comfortable working independently and on a scoreboard.
  • Sales experience is a plus, not required. Passion and grit matter more.
