Engineer

Seeking a hands-on, engineer-minded candidate to support equipment maintenance, chemical handling/titration, and daily operations of an anodizing line. The role may also include involvement in supporting office/operations functions. This role involves regular day trips to customer sites to perform and support cleaning and passivation projects. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone comfortable working on the production floor in steel toes every day.

Background requirements are flexible. Candidates may have no degree, an associate’s degree, a bachelor’s degree, or more extensive experience. The key qualities are a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and a team-first attitude. The candidate will begin with a 90-day trial period as an hourly employee. Upon successful completion of the trial period and confirmation of a good fit, the candidate will transition to a full-time salaried position.
