Production Lead

• Oversee equipment and production area sanitation during breaks, product changes, and end-of-shift shutdowns.
• Monitor production output, product quality, and accuracy to meet customer and company expectations.
• Support daily production activities including cleaning, chopping, slicing, weighing, and packaging food products.
• Foster a clean, safe, and productive work environment while leading by example.
