Agency Manager Trainee

Our Agency Manager Trainee Program is a structured, hands-on training track designed to develop the next generation of top-performing insurance agents and producers. This program provides a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced industry professionals while gaining the skills, licensing, and confidence needed to build successful career and growth opportunities.

• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales, techniques, compliance, and client relationship management
• Shadow and work alongside an established agent to learn real-world sales and servicing techniques
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
• Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support
• meet performance milestones that lead to advancement and potential agency leadership opportunities

• Must have the required state insurance license or willingness to obtain (support provided)
• Prior sales, customer service, or business experience preferred
