We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and dependable individuals to join our Large Format Printing Production Team!
At Moksha Design, we create high-quality graphics, signage, and custom visual solutions for our clients. We are a growing company looking for team members who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in what they do, and are eager to learn and grow with us.
You will work closely with our Large Format Production Manager and the rest of the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
Experience in the large-format printing or signage industry is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train the right person!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily production and finishing of large-format graphics.
- Learn to operate mounting, laminating, and cutting equipment.
- Prepare, package, and organize finished products for shipping.
- Move, organize, and maintain printing materials, inventory, and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized production environment.
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.

- Hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Organized, resourceful, and able to solve problems.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Comfortable working with hands and using basic tools.
- Basic understanding of measurements and dimensions.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or light power tools are a plus.
- Previous experience in large-format printing, signage, graphics production, or similar industries is preferred but not required.
