We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for a General Labor position. This role involves preparing surfaces, assisting with production tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. No previous experience or tools required. Training will be provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform surface preparation, including sanding, spackling, caulking, and cleaning.
Assist with general labor and production-related tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Inspect work to ensure quality and attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
Ability to stand for 10–11 hours per shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending and twisting.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow workplace safety procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
