Since 1992, Prime Meats has been a trusted distributor of premium proteins across the Southeast. We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to support and maintain our SQF system, food safety programs, audits, and regulatory compliance across our processing plants and distribution centers.
What You'll Do:
- Manage SQF documentation, HACCP plans, SOPs, and food safety records.
- Oversee document control and compliance processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and corrective actions.
- Support food safety, quality, and regulatory training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Administrative experience (at least 6 months)
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and USDA regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
