Press Brake Operator
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to form stainless steel and other materials according to production specifications.
Requirements of the Press Brake Operator
- 3+ years of press brake or sheet metal manufacturing experience
- Experience operating Amada equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production specifications
- General knowledge of stainless steel types, gauges, grades, and finishes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities of the Press Brake Operator
- Set up and operate press brake equipment to form metal parts to specifications
- Handle materials and make adjustments to ensure accurate production
- Inspect finished parts to verify quality and dimensional accuracy
- Clean and deburr parts as needed
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory and steel material transactions
- Assist with scrap handling, loading, unloading, and storage
- Assist other departments as needed to meet production demands
1st shift, DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $30.00 - $35.00 hourly, based on experience
