Busser / Server Assistant Part-Time

Schedule:Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, starting around 6 p.m. and typically finishing between 10 and 11 p.m.

At First & Last, we care deeply about the details: how the room feels, how the table looks, and how smoothly service flows. We’re looking for a Busser / Server Assistant who takes pride in those details and enjoys helping a team deliver thoughtful hospitality.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with our servers, managers, and kitchen team to keep the dining room prepared and service moving. Your responsibilities will include:

• Clearing and resetting tables promptly and carefully to First & Last standards.
• Polishing glassware, silverware, and plates.
• Filling and replenishing water bottles for service.
• Keeping server stations stocked with silverware, trays, plates, and linens.
• Keeping dining and service areas clean and organized.
• Completing opening, running, and closing side work.
• Anticipating the team’s needs and communicating clearly throughout service.

An interest in growing into a serving role is welcome, but isn’t required.
