An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist with inpatient experience to support a 315-bed facility in Rio Rancho, NM. This contract-to-hire position offers a 13-week initial term with the potential for long-term placement.

Location:

• Rio Rancho, NM

Schedule/Hours:

• 4:30 PM shift start
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient units, ensuring safe and effective medication use
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans
• Monitor and manage medication therapies according to hospital protocols and clinical guidelines
• Participate in medication reconciliation and patient counseling when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico Pharmacy license required
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
