Job Description

Bridget Killen from Robert Half is partnering with a growing Oregon organization that's rewriting the playbook in its industry and looking for a strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to help drive the next chapter of growth.

If you enjoy turning data into decisions, influencing strategy, and having a seat at the table with executive leadership, this opportunity offers far more than traditional budgeting and reporting. You'll serve as a trusted business partner across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, helping leaders understand not just what happened, but what should happen next.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • High-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of Finance
  • Opportunity to lead and mentor a Financial Analyst
  • Significant exposure to executive leadership, board reporting, and private equity stakeholders
  • Influence company-wide forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborative, people-first culture that values innovation, ideas, and professional growth
  • Stable organization with approximately 200 employees and continued momentum for growth

What You'll Own

  • Drive monthly forecasting and budget-to-actual analysis
  • Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate revenue trends, pricing strategies, margins, and channel performance
  • Build financial models that influence key business decisions
  • Analyze marketing investments and ROI
  • Develop executive-level reporting, KPI dashboards, and business insights
  • Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities before they impact results
  • Improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and strengthen forecasting accuracy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to help leaders make smarter, data-driven decisions

If you thrive in collaborative environments where relationships matter just as much as results, connect with Bridget Killen at Robert Half!. Opportunities that combine strategy, visibility, leadership, and business impact don't stay available for long!
