Warehouse Associate – E-Commerce Fulfillment
Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our 10,000-square-foot e-commerce warehouse. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who can work independently, manage priorities, and ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include order fulfillment, returns processing, inventory management, receiving shipments, and operating warehouse equipment. As the business grows, there may be opportunities to help train and coordinate additional associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse tasks and priorities independently.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for UPS and FedEx shipments.
- Process customer returns, including inspection, refurbishing, repackaging, and restocking.
- Safely operate cherry pickers and forklifts.
- Receive shipments, verify quantities, and organize inventory in designated storage locations.
- Perform inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and stock checks using warehouse software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and equipment issues.
- Assist with training additional warehouse associates as needed.
- Work overtime when necessary to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience required; e-commerce experience preferred.
- Cherry picker operating experience required.
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred.
- Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse inventory software.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Comfortable operating order-picking equipment at heights.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
