In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients' insurance needs are met. The position offers a $35,000–$55,000/year salary, depending on experience, with a benefits package, including paid time off and retirement matching.

• Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Policy Administration: Overseeing the issuance, renewal, and modification of insurance policies.
• Claims Assistance: Assisting clients with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Sales and Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
• Customer Service: Addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.
• Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to provide competitive insurance solutions.
• Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Candidate must have an Active Insurance License.
• 2+ years of professional office experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and experience with multi-line phone systems.
