Looking for a project manager who can support some "catch all" overflow from our existing project managers rather than a singular primary scope of work. We will staff the project manager with the appropriate inspection staff and provide resources for contractor bidding. We also expect that the PM is capable of learning and utilizing our project tools as they will be issued a company computer.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- General project management expectations:
- Draft scope of work, build cost estimates
- Project reporting, project forecasting (with Cost Analyst assistance), project scheduling
- Bid package assembly, contractor bid meetings/walk downs
- General Microsoft product usage - Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Utilize company-issued laptop and maintain expectations from the IT department.
- Project Types:
- Install compression at Brownfield facilities
- 3600 series Caterpillar engines+ Ariel Frames
- Existing header piping, connections required
- Manage mechanical and electrical scopes
- Install combustion devices for emissions control at Brownfield facilities
- Install air compressors at ~1O facilities
- Minor brownfield Plant facility projects (PSM facility)
- Maintain PSM expectations
- Valve installations, piping modifications, combustion device install, etc.
- Minor pipeline projects (potential)
- 4" to 20" diameter
- ~500ft to 2 miles
