About the Role:
As a RN at Spring Mill Health Campus, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, including:
Assessing and developing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents on the night shift
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor or physician
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a registered nurse
