Pay:$20- $30/hr - $155/day per diem

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Laborer to support electricians and electrical crews on construction and installation projects. This position assists with material handling, conduit installation, cable pulling, site preparation, and general electrical construction activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in physically demanding environments, using hand and power tools, and following established safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians and electrical technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Pull, route, and organize electrical wire and cable.
- Assist with installing conduit, cable tray, electrical boxes, supports, and related electrical components.
- Measure, cut, bend, and prepare conduit and other materials for installation.
- Load, unload, stage, and transport electrical materials and equipment.
- Use common hand and power tools such as drills, saws, impact drivers, conduit benders, and measuring tools.
- Perform trenching, digging, backfilling, and site preparation when required.
- Assist with underground electrical and utility installations.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow jobsite safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Work from instructions provided by electricians, foremen, and project supervisors.
- Assist with demolition and removal of existing electrical equipment when needed.
- Perform other general construction and electrical support duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 1 years of construction field experience
- Electrical/conduit/low or medium voltage or civil excavation/trenching experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Active drivers license
- US Citizen
- Can pass background check and drug test
