Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Project Manager

Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking to add a Project Manager to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Work directly with Supers on projects
- Help oversee all aspects of project completion
- Management of project budget, schedule, and quality
- Oversee contractual requirements and documentation
- Help run jobsite meetings

What You Need for this Position

- 4+ years of Multi-Family experience
- Experience as an APM or PM
- Strong communication and leadership
- Strong Leadership ability
