Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Compensation: $21/hour

Shift: 7pm-3am night shift 5 days a week

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Autonomous Fleet Operator to work 7pm-3am night shift 5 days a week for a robotics company in the Bay Area. An ideal team member enjoys problem solving, can stay calm under pressure and is comfortable multitasking while monitoring multiple autonomous robots. This role is for someone interested in robotics, operations or engineering who wants hands on experience troubleshooting real world autonomous systems. Training is provided and there is room for growth within the operations team.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and remotely operate a fleet of autonomous cleaning robots
• Troubleshoot robot issues and escalate technical problems when necessary
• Coordinate with technicians and onsite personnel to recover robots or perform basic recovery procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate issues to engineering and operations teams

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Interested in robotics and technology
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (20+ pounds)
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Must be tech savvy

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with building and troubleshooting electronic/mechanical systems
• Experience working with hand/power tools
