Express Employment Professionals is partnering with local companies in Wilmington, NC and the surrounding areas to hire a Logistics & Inventory Flow Associate. If you enjoy keeping things moving and accurate, you’ll fit right in.
A day in this role
You’ll kick off your shift reviewing what’s shipping out and what’s arriving. As trucks roll up, you’ll:
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition.
- Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments to meet schedules and requirements.
- Maintain precise shipping documentation and inventory records.
- Assist with cycle counts and overall warehouse organization so everything has a place.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries to keep timelines on track.
- Follow company safety procedures to protect yourself and your team.
What helps you succeed
- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment (preferred).
- Strong organizational habits and keen attention to detail.
- Comfort with basic computer tasks for labels, documentation, and data entry.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift items and stand for extended periods.
