Real Estate Agent Apprentice - High Commission Split, Full Training Available

Real Estate School Teaches You How to Get Licensed. We'll Teach You How to Sell Homes.

Knowing real estate terminology and passing an exam is one thing. Sitting across from a buyer, writing an offer, and getting a deal to closing is something completely different.

That's where we come in.

We're looking for people who want to get into real estate and learn what it actually takes to become a producing agent.

Here's What Happens When You Join Us.

You'll work with a top-producing real estate team and learn the business through actual experience.

We'll teach you how to find potential clients, start conversations, schedule appointments, show properties, negotiate offers, and navigate contracts.

You'll have a daily plan to follow, personal mentorship when you need help, and transaction support as you begin working with buyers and sellers.

You won't be expected to know how to do everything on your first day. That's why we have training.

We offer a high commission split, so you keep more of what you earn from closed transactions.

You can work part-time or full-time, and there's no previous sales or real estate experience required.

Who Would Be a Good Fit?

Someone who likes people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, takes direction well, and is willing to put in consistent effort.

You don't need a sales background. You do need the motivation to learn how to sell.

You must have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:

$110,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Conduct property showings, providing insightful tours that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met and understood by clients.
  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve client interactions.
  • Follow a structured daily activity plan to build a robust client pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining open communication with clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one,
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and systems.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in property listings and client communications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a supportive work culture.
