Employment Type: W2 Contract – 12 Months with Possibility for Extensions
Pay Rate: $18.61–$20.61/hour – Based on experience (Paid Weekly)
Work Model: 100% Onsite
Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (40 Hours per Week)

Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to support our client's diagnostic reagent manufacturing operations in Tucson, AZ.

This position focuses on reagent formulation and filling, manual and automated assembly, quality control, and packaging of diagnostic reagent kits.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining production efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to established manufacturing specifications and procedures.
• Perform reagent formulation and filling of multi-liter products.
• Manually assemble reagent dispensers used in diagnostic assays.
• Operate automated dispenser assembly equipment and other production machinery.
• Label, assemble, and package finished diagnostic reagent kits.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
• Monitor production processes and maintain efficiency throughout assigned operations.
• Safely operate manufacturing tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Identify and report equipment issues, production concerns, and quality deviations.
• Follow established safety procedures, manufacturing instructions, and quality requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production work areas.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and established manufacturing procedures.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with relevant industry tools and software.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
• Availability to work 3rd shift, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, onsite in Tucson, AZ.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations.
• Experience working overnight, graveyard, or swing shifts.
• Familiarity with reagent filling, automated assembly equipment, or packaging operations.
• Experience in diagnostic, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments.
