Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, crown and bridge, endodontics, and extractions
- Present treatment plans clearly and build lasting relationships with patients
- Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver an excellent patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow all state and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in continuing education and help grow the practice
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New York dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation of $200,000 – $300,000, based on experience and production
- Full-time schedule with an established patient base
