Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County.

Assist a 21 year old young adult with special needs, going on outings, swimming, take to class. Great position for someone who is caring, dependable and enjoys being active
What You’ll Do
Support an adult with developmental disabilities out in the community.
Provide COMPANIONSHIP and COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
Qualifications
Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
EXPERIENCE preferred.
DRIVING REQUIRED.
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesday and Friday - afternoon hours, Saturday and Sunday - morning hours
Pay: $18-$21/hr
Location: New Brunswick Nj
Driving on shift: REQUIRED
