We are seeking an experienced, proactive Materials & Warehouse Lead to oversee daily material flow, inventory control, and floor operations at our Ansonia manufacturing facility.In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of 4 direct reports and play a key role in modernizing our warehouse operationsincluding leading the hands-on implementation and daily management of our new Warehouse Management System (WMS).Apply today to confirm your interview time!

Responsibilities

• Managing and staging thermoplastic resins, colorants, and additives for production runs.
• Tracking stock levels of resins, components, and packaging supplies to prevent line stoppages.
• Overseeing receiving, shipping, and barcode traceability in coordination with production scheduling.
• Ability to run new WMSsoftware
