*RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Run confirmed appointments, consult homeowners, and close value-driven deals.
- Present proposals, financing & incentives; guide customersplanning analysis install.
- Keep communication fast and clear; handoffs that make installs smooth.
- Recruit/mentor as you grow; run crisp weekly huddles and set the pace.
*PAY & SCHEDULE*
- Target Earnings:You must earn$172,000+/yr(commission-based)because if you don't, you won't have a place on our team.*
- Upside:Commission Pay + Bonuses +manager overrides* for team performance + National Company Paid Travel Incentives
- Schedule: *Monday–Friday; weekends as needed.
