Pay Range: $20.61/hr.
Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our 3rd shift team (10:00 pm to 6:30 am). The role supports large bottle formulation and filling, manual and automated dispenser assembly, and kit packaging to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and fill multi-liter reagent products for large bottles.
- Manually assemble reagent dispensers and operate automated dispenser assembly equipment.
- Label, assemble, and package finished reagent kits.
- Assemble products per specifications and work instructions.
- Perform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Maintain production efficiency and meet throughput targets.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and follow EHS procedures.
- Report issues, deviations, and equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities and teamwork.
- Proficiency with industry tools, equipment, and basic production software.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience working grave or swing shift hours.
- Prior manufacturing experience.
