• A Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Sunday
• B Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Sunday
• C Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Sunday
• D Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Sunday
• Additional shift differentials available for qualifying schedules

• Set up and operate production machinery while monitoring and adjusting settings for quality and efficiency
• Load raw materials and safely handle materials throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting
• Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality
• Maintain production documentation while following all safety, quality, and production standards

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to consistently work scheduled 12-hour shifts in a heavy industrial environment

• Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment
• Forklift experience
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Experience operating production machinery and tooling

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Joy, PA.

The pay range for this position is $48214.40 - $48214.40/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
