Dunkin’ Shift Leader
Coach the Team & Run the Floor
You know the rush. Now you run it.
As a Dunkin’ Shift Leader (Shift Supervisor) with Bluemont Group, a local Dunkin’ franchisee, you’re
in charge of the floor for your shift. You set positions, keep the drive-thru moving, and coach the
crew so every drink and sandwich goes out right. It’s a great next step if you’ve been crew for a
while, or if you’ve led a shift somewhere else and want a real path into management.
What you’ll do
- Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station
- Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows
- Coach crew in the moment: show the recipe, give quick feedback, call out great work
- Jump in on any station when the drive-thru backs up
- Fix guest issues on the spot: remake the drink, correct the order, keep it friendly
- Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift
- Run food safety and cleanliness checks, and earn your ServSafe® certification with us
- Help train new Crew Members and flag equipment issues to your manager
Hours & schedule
- Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location
- and day.
- Opening, mid and closing shifts; early mornings and weekends are our busiest times
- Minimum age: 16

You’re a fit if
Must-haves
- Restaurant, retail or Dunkin’ crew experience
- You’re dependable and people follow your lead
- You stay calm and friendly when the line is out the door
- You can count cash accurately and follow procedures
- You can stand, bend and move for a full shift and lift and carry supplies
- You’re 16 or older
Nice-to-haves
- Prior shift lead, key holder or supervisor experience
- Current ServSafe® certification
