Location: 915 Highland Blvd. • Bozeman MT 59715(Facility requires traveler to live at least 90 miles away to be considered)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (3x12 hours)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Montana. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive maternal and fetal care, act as a Charge Nurse when needed, and assist with smooth unit operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:Provide direct patient care across antepartum, intrapartum, pre-op, and PACU.
Function as a Charge Nurse and catch/transition newborns.
Act as an OR circulator during obstetric procedures.
Willingness to float to other departments (such as Med-Surg or act as a safety companion) as needed for hospital staffing coverage.
Active Montana RN License (Must be active on file at submission)
Minimum 2 Years of recent L&D nursing experience
Certifications Required:
American Heart Association BLS
STABLE Certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
Competence in and a willingness to practice modified primary nursing.
Low Census Policy: The facility reserves the right to cancel up to three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or unforeseen circumstances.
