Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Install, maintain and repair water, drain, waste and vent systems and fixtures
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Work from sketches, blueprints and specifications
- Respond to plumbing emergencies

- 2 years of relevant experience (education may combine with experience)
- Valid driver's license
Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent with vocational plumbing training
- 30 months of plumbing experience
