Certifications/Licenses:Mandatory Experience:- ICU RN
- Nights (1900-0730), Rotating weekends
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
- GSR ICU-CCU:
- AHA ACLS and NIHSS required.
- PALS and TNCC preferred.
- 3 years previous ICU experience preferred.
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
