Our client, a Global provider of electronic design and test solutions company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator for their Colorado Springs, CO location.
Responsibilities:- This role supports both Die Attach and Wire Bonding operations in a cleanroom environment, performing precision micro-assembly work on very small components.
- Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule
- Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes
- Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components
- Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance
- Identify and report process, material, or quality issues
- Escalate questions or concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers
- Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
- Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems
- Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Handling of very small components
- Use of specialized production equipment
Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to handle very small, delicate parts (steady hands required)
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, systems)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a professional work ethic
- Experience with die attach, wire bonding, or microelectronics assembly
- Cleanroom experience
- ESD knowledge or certification
- Experience operating automated production equipment
- Cleanroom setting
- Microscope-based work for extended periods
