The current opening is for a Technical Trainer. Main duties include:
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations to lead technical training
- Facilitate training programs in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements
- Mentor other Instructors
- Report data on completed courses, issues, or absences
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and training
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of technical instruction/training experience
- Excellent communicator, organized, great leadership ability
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, overnight travel
